Abstract of AGREEMENT on ROBOCUP@HOME LEAGUE Domestic Standard Platform Competitions("DSP") between the RoboCup Federation and TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION

1.TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION("TMC") agrees to lease the Lessees the HSR at approximately 100,000 Japanese Yen per month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that either condition provided hereinbelow applies, upon the Lessee’s request, TMC agrees to lease the HSR the Lessees free of charge(The“Lessees” :the people to whom TMC leases the HSR).

(*) Shipping cost shall be at the Lessees’ own expense.

(1) Subject to a Lessee’s agreement with the conditions provided by TMC, TMC agrees to lease the HSR to the Lessee free of charge for one year. If the Lessee determines not to participate in the DSP of the RoboCup Nagoya, TMC may charge the Lessee for the lease fee i) from the next month that the RoboCup Federation decides the DSP Participants, or ii) from the next month that TMC receives a notice from a Lessee that the Lessee will not participate in the DSP of the RoboCup Nagoya.

(2) Among the Lessees who are entitled to lease the HSR free of charge pursuant to (1), if any of such Lessee win(s) any of the top three prizes of DSP in the RoboCup Nagoya, and, subject to a Lessee’s agreement with the conditions provided by TMC, TMC agrees to lease the HSR free of charge another one year following the free lease period provided herein.

2. The maximum period that TMC leases the HSR to the Lessees is three years, provided, however, that TMC and Lessees agree to discuss the one year basis continuation of the lease period.
